Is there a battery in a Tascam 2488neo recorder? My unit will not record, play back or shut off, just stays on doing nothing. Message comes up, "cannot continue, still running, hit exit", I hit exit nothing happens. Any help? I am in upstate New York, anyone knowns of any repair shops for this unit. Thank you
